3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons chopped celery
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup cooked rice

1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1/3 cup water
1 (10-ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies, undrained and chopped
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

Remove 10 outer leaves of cabbage; cook leaves in boiling salted water 5 to 8 minutes or until just tender; drain and set aside. Reserve remaining cabbage for other uses. Combine next 8 ingredients, mixing well. Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf. Fold 2 opposite ends over and place rolls, seam side down, in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine tomato paste and water, mixing well.
