1 head of cabbage

Cut cabbage in half then quarter the halves. You will have 8 pieces. Tear off 8 pieces of alluminum foil. Place a piece on foil 5-7 dashes of hot sauce ( I use Louisana Hot Sauce) squirt some squeeze butter on top of cabbage and a little salt and pepper. Wrap the cabbage in the foil grill on low flame for about 45 minutes.

Google cabbage roll casserole. It uses tomato soup, rice, and hamburger and of course cabbage. It's just like cabbage rolls but without the fuss of fiddling with cabbage leaves.
