What are some recipes that include mustard cabbage (kai choy)?

i need something that is easy to make and doesnt require alot of ingredients.What are some recipes that include mustard cabbage (kai choy)?
In general I think you find kai choy stir-fried or in soups, often with roast pork of some sort. But I'd say stir-frying it with pork, if you have any, and just about anything else you like in a stir-fry would be good. If its flavor is too strong for you in a stir-fry, you might try blanching it for a minute or two in salted water, then draining it before adding it.
