My husband bought a large head of cabbage, what easy recipes can I use for this?

I saw a corned beef %26amp; cabbage recipe that used a canned corn beef, if you know if this is any good let me know, also. ...I have a crock pot %26amp; think that would be a no worry about it way so if you think that is best let me know. Thank you %26amp; I am open to any recipe not just corned beef, we just have to use up this head of cabbage, thanks. My husband bought a large head of cabbage, what easy recipes can I use for this?
You can always turn some cabbage into cole-slaw, if it's too big.

But since St.Paddy is coming, corned beef %26amp; cabbage sounds good.

Quarter the cabbage, %26amp; remove core/stem %26amp; outer leaves, then halve.

Rinse in cold water, arrange sections in crock-pot over potatoes.

Actual corned beef brisket would be better than canned.

Cook on High for 4 hours, or Low for 8 hours. Serve with mustard. My husband bought a large head of cabbage, what easy recipes can I use for this?
EASY POLISH KAPUSTA

one large head of cabbage, chopped

2 cans diced tomatoes (with liquid)

2 cans water

one pound bacon

salt and pepper to taste

Chop head of cabbage into medium to small pieces. Place in a large boiler and add 2 cans of diced tomatoes with liquid. Add 2 cans of water and place bacon on top. Cook covered on medium until boiling, then add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until bacon cooks and cabbage cooks down, stirring frequently (approximately 5-6 hours). Uncover and let liquid cook out. Please note: This recipe is NOT appropriate for a crock pot.
My favorite cabbage recipe:

Country Cabbage

1 head cabbage, thinly sliced

2 carrots, thinly sliced or diced

1 onion, diced

1 bell pepper, diced (I prefer red or yellow peppers, but gree peppers are good, too)

1 or 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced

3 slices bacon, diced

1 can diced tomatoes

Salt and black %26amp;/or red pepper to taste

Chop the veggies as instructed and set aside. In a large saute pan or wok and over medium heat, bown the bacon until light brown. Add the vegetables and cook until they have softened, stirring often. Add tomatoes and salt and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes more.

Hope this helped :)
One of my favorite ways to make cabbage is to slice the cabbage thin. Thinly slice some onions and mix together in a baking pan. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Moisten with olive oil and bake in a 325 oven until the cabbage is a light golden color. It will be the sweetest, most delicious cabbage you've ever eaten.
Stuffed cabbage. You use ground beef mix it with rice, eggs, seasonings and then roll them into balls and wrap them with the cabbage leaves.
