Ooh buttered cabbage is really good.

Take your cabbage and cut into chunks about two inches around. DOn't cut them too small, you want something to cut into.

Put in the cooker with some small pearl onions ( the tiny ones), some chopped leeks, 4 chopped carrots and baby red potatoes ( if you can get those small red potatoes it is grea)t, and 1 cup chopped walnuts.

Put the cabbage on the bottom and a layer of veg on top, then top with more red cabbage.

Salt and pepper the cabbage and add a sauce made of water, soysauce, sesame seeds, and peanut butter ( trust me).

Just add a 2 cups of water, to 6 tb soysauce, a tblsp seeds, and 1 tblsp peanut butter, 2 ts salt and pepper to taste.

Pour this liquid on to the veg and add some dots of butter on top of the cabbage. The cabbage should be the top veg.

Cook per cabbage cooking time.

Its delicious.
